Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

  • If the cancellation request is made within the eligible time, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will also be processed in cases of damaged or defective products after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products once opened/used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons.

Complaints

  • Any issues with delivery or product quality must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
