Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds
If the cancellation request is made within the eligible time, the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds will also be processed in cases of damaged or defective products after verification.
Non-Refundable Items
Products once opened/used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons.
Complaints
Any issues with delivery or product quality must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
